Edit My Profile (HR Requests)
As an employee, you can make edits to your profile.
An edit request is generated for approval, simplifying the process.
No need to chase down approvals; the system makes it easy for changes to be reviewed and implemented.
First, on the My Profile tab, click on the 'Create Edit Request' button (marked with an arrow below).

For this example, a middle name "Alfred" was added.
After making the changes, click on the 'Submit' button (marked with an arrow below).

Submitting the Edit Request opens a window that suggests we check in on the Request's status on the My HR Requests tab (marked with an arrow below).

In this list we can see the status of our new Request.
It is now marked as 'Created'.

While a Request is awaiting response from a manager, we can cancel it by selecting the Request from the list, and clicking the 'Cancel Request' button (marked with an arrow below).

When a Request's status is changed to 'Approved', it means that our requested changes have been successfully implemented into our profile.

Selecting a Request from the list shows its details.

To find a Request from the list, either use the search bar or the different filter options (marked with a rectangle below).
