Filters & Manual Evidence

Using Filters manually, you can filter Evidences by:

1. One or more Responsibles assigned to Evidences

2. Evidences of one or more Adopted Frameworks

3. One or more Status options (open, in progress, completed)

Here are the three filter options (circled below).

furthermore, the Regulait system automatically inputs uploaded files in similar evidences, across different controls in all Adopted Frameworks (See - Similar Evidences).

VICA displays all of the Adopted Frameworks that include a given evidence next to that evidence in the category list, as the Framework's Logo.

Frameworks with shared evidence are marked with the Frameworks' Logos for easy identification.

Here you can see the various frameworks in which each piece of Evidence is present.

If you take a look at the second Evidence named "access control policy", you can click on the Logo of one of its Frameworks.

By clicking on this button, you will be able to see a complete list of all the Frameworks that require this Evidence.

This evidence is included in numerous Frameworks, and clicking on a Logo allows us to view the entire list.
