Documents and Folders

To navigate to Documents tab, click on the left sidebar button in the Regulait site (marked with an arrow below)

Select Documents, and you're directed to the All Documents tab under Documents.

Here, you can all the Documents and Folders you have created, uploaded, or edited.

Below is an example of an All Documents tab, at first glance, we can notice several things:

  • Under the All Documents headline, there are a few Filtering options.

  • Under it, we see our folders and documents, the top two rows are folders (next the the file's name we see a blue folder icon), The following four rows are Documents (no blue folder icon).

  • To our left (on the left sidebar) we can either go to the Template Gallery tab or the Trash tab.

Various columns are indicating:

  1. A File's name

  2. The last date a File was modified on

  3. A Document's Status

To create a folder or a new document, click on the "+NEW" button located at the top of the page (circled below).

Subsequently, select the 'New Folder' option.

Now simply name the folder and click Create (see below)

NOTICE: If you want to create new folders within an existing folder, just double-click the existing folder and then create a new folder inside it.

If the option to create a new document is selected, the new document window will open, presenting several available options. (see below)

There you can choose to:

  1. Create a blank Document

In this window, to the left, there is also the Template Gallery, where you can select one of Regulait's large assortment of ready-to-use Templates, designed to minimize the amount of work that needs to be done to complete an evidence (circled below)
