Release

Some Frameworks' Controls require Evidences related to an organization's Employees list or Organization Tree.

Using Regulait's Release button, we can send either our employee list or our Organization Tree directly to be approved, signed, and uploaded as Evidence to all Employee-related Evidences.

1. Release an Employee List

In the Employees tab, click on the Release button (marked with an arrow below).

1. Release an Employee Organization Tree

On the Organization Tree, click on the Release button (marked with an arrow below).

Now select the Employee list reviewers to approve the Document, and Recipients to sign it.

Additionally, you can assign Readers to be able to read the document, but that is not mandatory for the Release process.

Now all that's left is to select the appropriate Framework, Control, and Evidence.

By clicking on the Release button (marked with an arrow below), the approval and signature stages are automatically sent to the assigned Collaborators, and then uploaded as Evidence.

You can view Releases created in Automations.
