To manage and understand each Client, know which Client used to be Blacklisted, Archived, suspected of a hidden identity or not verified; we can use Client History.
On a Client list tab, click on a Client's name to access its Client page.

In the History tab (marked with an arrow below), we can scroll through a Clients past resolutions, Blacklist and Archive past, and our Comments on those actions.
