File Options & Trash

On the All Documents page, to the right of every file and folder are three blue dots indicating an options button, by clicking it we can see our options.

In the example below are the options available for a folder (circled below)

We can Rename the folder, Move it into another existing folder, or Delete it.

the folder is then directly sent to the Trash tab (see below on this page).

Looking at the options available on a 'Complete' file (see - Status), we can

  1. Download the Document into our local storage

  2. Save it to an Evidence of an Adopted Framework

  3. Make a Draft-status copy of said File (available for work and change)

  4. Move it to a Folder

By clicking the options button on a Draft-status File, or a Folder either containing only Draft Files or an empty one, we can Delete it, sending it to the trash tab to the left (circled below)

Here, on the Trash page, deleted files stay permanently, showing their 'Trashed Date', and we can always press the 'Restore' button next to a File to bring it back to the All Documents page (circled below).
