Click the + button (marked with an arrow below) to select evidence from an Adopted Framework.
After being confirmed, reviewed, or signed by assigned members of the organization, the documents will upload into that chosen evidence.

Here, in the Select Evidence window, we'll select an Evidence of one of our Adopted Frameworks, relevant to the Automation's Documents.

Additional Evidences can be selected for the same Automation if needed, simply click on the + Add button below the added Evidence.
Once all Automation Stages have been modified, click on the Create button (marked with an arrow below) to save the Automation to the Created Automations tab.
