Using Integrations
Integrated applications provide reliable compliance data that is presented to auditors (Logs).
They also provide a simplified method for uploading evidence through automated Collectors.
Let's look at some basic functions of an Integrated App.
On the Installed Integrations tab, we'll click on the BambooHR App (marked with an arrow below).

Integration Data
This is the Integrated App's page, the first tab we look at is the Data tab (marked with an arrow below).
Regulait imports read-only data from the application and categorizes it into distinct data categories.
Each application has its designated set of data categories.

Upon clicking a row in the table under Data Categories, we expand the corresponding dataset to view its raw data.

Each data category displays a corresponding data table.

Below is another example of a data category in a different Integration app.
It lists User Groups, and - by selecting a user group - we can view the User's information in the raw data window.

History and Information
Regulait scans and refreshes an Integration's data daily (GMT +00:00).
These scans are uploaded as Logs (see later on in this guide).
Clicking on the 'Information' button (marked with an arrow below) displays the Integration's status.
In the image below we see that the status is "Completed" and colored in green - which means that the scan was successful.
On the history tab, we see past scans and their status, in the example below we see that all past scans were successful.

The example below shows an Integration with a current status of Failed - it means that the last scan was unsuccessful and there might be something wrong with either the Integration's configuration, or the Integration app itself.
On the History tab, we see that all past scans have failed.

Logs
In the Logs tab, we can view past Integration logs.
These logs can be downloaded as a file, containing all data imported in a scan inside one file.
A log can serve as Evidence in many Frameworks and is accessible to Auditors during report reviews.

After selecting a log, we can download it as a local file using the 'Download' button (marked with an arrow below).

Configuration
On the Configuration tab, we can change the Integrated app's name in our Organization's installed integrations.
