Recipients
Similar to approver members, the recipient, as a staff member, finalizes the document by signing it. The signature marks the document as 'Complete,' signaling its readiness for uploading as evidence.
In the Document or Template creation window, under Approver Workflow, we add Recipients.
below you can see the Add Recipient button marked with an arrow.

Clicking the button mentioned above, we get an option to type a desired Recipient's email address or scroll through the available Collaborators list (circled below).

We can add as many Recipients as we need, and by selecting the 'Custom recipient order' the signing order is now ours to decide, by dragging the Recipient boxes to the wanted positions (circied below).

Additionally, we can leave a private message to each Recipient with the mail icon (marked as '1' below), and delete a Recipient from the list with the trash bin icon (marked as '2' below).
