Next up is the Confirmation Stage.

Here we can add staff, extended workforce or external collaborators, to Read, Review and Sign the Documents.

  1. Reader - a Reader's task is to simply read the Documents and approve that he read it.

This can be used to for Documents employees must read, and can be uploaded as Evidence that all selected employees have read it.

  1. Reviewer - these staff members will be asked to open the uploaded file(s) and modify it, add insight or fix the file(s).

  2. Signer - the allocated staff member will be asked to Sign the file(s), the signed file(s) will be automatically uploaded as Evidence.

In the image below, we see one Reader confirmation box.

Marked with an arrow below, is the box's Options button.

On each box, we have two options, Edit allows us to change the box's type to Reviewer or Signer, the Delete removes the box.

Notice that currently the Delete button is gray (unavailable) due to the fact that there must be at least one confirmation box of any kind (Read/Review/Sign).

Here, when editing a Reader box, we can:

From left to right, firstly, the 2 Readers will be asked to read and confirm the uploaded File.

Then the Reviewer will be asked to review and modify the File if needed.

Lastly, the Signer will be asked to view and sign the Document, doing so will transfer the signed Document to the Evidence stage.
