The import system shows us which fields are similar to the Template, and which are not on the selected Template but are in the Excel file.

The system automatically ignores any field unrelated to the Template.

Unique function and Client Duplication

The Unique column is a Regulait feature that allows us to avoid Client Duplication.

Marking a field as 'Unique' ensures that if the system detects similar profiles, only the first is added.

This feature allows flexibility in avoiding duplicates by choosing specific fields like name, birthday, or a combination, such as ID plus country, as uniqueness criteria.

For example, you can prevent loading a new client with the same ID by marking the ID as unique.

It's a versatile tool to tailor your uniqueness requirements and manage data efficiently.

In the example image below, both Full Name and ID are checked with the Unique feature.

That means that if two Clients with the same name have different ID numbers, both Clients will be added.

But if both Clients have the same Full Name and the same ID Number, only the first client on the list will be added.
