Archive & Blacklist Clients
Archiving a Client
The Archive Clients tab is made for Clients that we need to remove from our Organization, but in a way that will still save the Clients information in our database, for potential future purposes.
On the Clients list page, by clicking on the options button (marked with an arrow below), we can select 'Archive Client'.

Then we can either Archive it or provide a reason for archiving.
To provide a reason click on the checkbox (marked with an arrow below), and type in a reason.
These comments can help us when viewing a Client's History.

In the Archived Clients tab on the left sidebar (marked with an arrow below), we can see that each Client can be Restored or Deleted (circled below).
Deleting a Client will permanentaly delete all its information from our system.

By restoring a Client, it is automatically returned to our Clients list as an existing Client.

If we check the 'Provide Reason' checkbox, we can type in the reason for restoring a Client.

Blacklist a Client
If we click on the Blacklist Client option, we can select wether to provide a reason for Blacklisting it.

A Blacklisted Client will remain in our Clients list, but its status will be marked as Black list (marked with an arrow below).
To restore a Client from the Blacklist, select the Restore from Black list option (circled below).
