Incoming Requests

On the Incoming Requests tab, we see employees' profile edit requests.

An employee who wishes to add, remove, or update information regarding their profile, can submit a change request to us for approval or rejection.

First, select the Incoming Requests tab (marked with an arrow below).

Here, we can view the Requests organized in a list.

We see one Request that's been created.

By selecting the Request, we can read its details, changes that will be made in case it's approved, and the 'Approve' and 'Reject' buttons (circled below).

The Request's status has changed to Approved (marked with an arrow below), and the changes requested are automatically implemented in the employee's profile information.

Notice that we can either search through Requests by using the search bar or use the different filter options (marked with a rectangle below).
