Report status
There are five types of a Report's status.
Completed - States that a Report was reviewed and successfully passed the Auditor's review. it can now be archived.
Rejected - The Auditor, for some reason, completely rejected your Report in his review. it can now be archived.
In Review - The Report is awaiting response from the Auditor, who has yet to publish his response, either by approving the Report, rejecting it, or sending it back with NCRs.
NCR Published - The Auditor reviewed the Report, and published it containing NCRs for you to deal with, and make the proper changes. the Report is awaiting your response.
NCR Response - The Report's NCRs were dealt with by you, sending it back to the Auditor to check you fixes and notes. The report awaits the Auditor's re-evaluation.
