Organizations
In the Organization tab, we can invite and remove Collaborators, add and remove Workspaces, change the Organization's details, and more.
You can start by accessing the Settings page - click on the gearwheel settings icon, indicated by the arrow below.

Now select a relevant Organization from the list.

This is an Organization's page.
The different tabs allow us to control the Organization's workspaces, subscription plans, and billing.
Circled below are three useful buttons which we'll explain now.

The Transfer Ownership option allows us to allocate a Collaborator as an Owner, granting them all access and available actions only an Organization Owner has.

The 'Edit' button allows us to quickly change the Organization's name and logo in Regulait's system.

Workspaces
Workspaces are dedicated environments that let your organization organize and manage Frameworks, employees, vendors, and more for smooth business operations.
Using the Create Workspace button, we'll name the new Workspace and invite collaborators to operate within it.

To learn about available actions inside Workspaces, we'll click on the Workspace marked with an arrow below.

Here, inside the Workspace, an arrow (in the image below) points at two buttons; 'Change Name' and 'Delete Workspace'.
Under it we have the Workspace's Collaborators organized in a list, with columns that show Collaborator roles and information.

Invite and Manage Collaborators
To invite a Collaborator to join the Workspace, click on the 'Invite Collaborator' button (marked with an arrow below).

Now we can add an Email address to invite.
Checking the check-box (marked with an arrow below) allows the invited Collaborator to access to the employee portal.
After selecting an role to assign to the invited address, click on the 'Invite' button (circled below).

Now we can see the invitee is 'Pending For Activation', they will be added as a Collaborator once they accept the invitation in the Invites tab.

Now that the Collaborator has successfully joined the Workspace, we can use the three dotted option button (circled below) to either Delete or Manage them.

Selecting 'Manage Access' opens the managing window, in it we can allow/disallow a Collaborator access to the employee portal.
Additionally, we can add, remove or change a Collaborator's role, and with it - system access to different avenues of Regulait's Organization managing system

Subscription Information
The 'Information' button (marked with an arrow below) shows us additional information about our organization's subscription to the Regulait system.
This includes the subscription's expiery date, available workspaces and collaborators per workspace, and more.
