Creating a Risk Registry
On the Risk Registries tab (marked with an arrow below), we create new Registries using the Create button (circled below).
The Organization's Risks will be organized within these Registries in a folder-like structure, and each Registry will be associated with its designated Risk Model.

Click on the Add Risk button (marked with an arrow below).

For example, in the "Risk of website crash" Registry, we created a Risk of the Organization's site's cloud service shutting down unexpectedly.
We filled a name and a type accordingly.
