Matches & Screenings

The matches tab shows all Matches found for each Identity during a screening.

Each match will need to be viewed, and resolved.

This makes sure that a new Client is not hiding an potentially risky identity.

Let's start by creating an example Client.

This is the Client page, we were automatically directed here after creating the new Client.

Circled below is the Client's screening status.

the Client is Screened immediately as it's created, and the Matched status means that the system found Matches that have a probability of being the Client's identity.

Marked with an arrow below is the Start Screening button, that forces a new screening to accur.

Review Screening Reports

In the Matches tab on the left sidebar, we can also view all Clients that needs to be reviewed and verified, as the system found possible Matches for their profile.

To review a screening, we'll click on the 'View Screening' button (marked with an arrow below).

This is the Matches list for a Client.

We can see two possible Matches, let's click on View Full Report (marked with an arrow below) on the first Match.

Here we can browse through the different tabs, Regulait's system uses information from profile databases around the world to compare profile information.

The image below looks at the General Info tab, we can already see that our Client shares the same birth date as this profile, we'll look further down the tabs.

Here, we can see that this person is the director of a company called CNAM.

On the Datasets tab, we can view the Database Regulait's system used to find this specific match.

When we conclude that our Client, "Emily"' a female Client is not a male director of a company in Moldova, we'll click on the Resolution button (makred with an arrow below).

Now we'll fill the resolution reason, and click on Save.

We can also use the Quick Resolution button, to resolve a Match without giving an explanation.

Marked with an arrow below, the trash bin icon removes a resolution, and the match is once again waiting to be resolved.

Verifying a Client

Marked with an arrow below, by hovering over a resolution's reason we can read the full reason filled.

Circled below is the 'Set Client Verified' button, we'll click on it once all Matches are resolved.

Back in the Client tab, marked with an arrow below, we see that Emily's status is now Verified.

It will stay that way unless, on the next scheduled screening, more Matches will be found to Emily's profile.

The Start Screening button will immediately screen Emily's profile, unrelated to the normal scheduled screenings timeframe, that we have selected while Creating or Editing the Template.
