Exams

In addition to creating and assigning trainings to employees, we can also create exams.

These exams can be assigned either directly to employees or attached with a Training program, and can include multiple answer questions, and open questions.

These exams are versatile and can be customized to fit our scheduling preferences, exam points scoring method we wish to implement, and time limits based on our preferences.

Create an Exam

Let's start on the Exams tab, by clicking on the New Exam button (circled below).

Like creating a new training, we'll fill in the basic mandatory fields, and continue to creating questions.

Create Questions

Now, we'll use the Create New Question button, as we have no pre-existing questions ready to use.

the Create New Question button is marked with an arrow

Here we can fill in the question and possibly its description, and add answer options.

Circled below is the exam's passing points value which we decide.

It's important to make sure that our questions' sum of points is equal to or above this value, based on our own preferences.
