Archived Reports

Another feature in the Reports section is the Archive.

For organizational purposes, we have the option to relocate only the Completed Reports to the archive.

If there's no need to view a Rejected or Completed Report anymore, we can move it to the archive, effectively removing it from our Generated Reports list.

Additionally, the Auditor has access to your organization's Generated Report list. To maintain clarity and organization, consider archiving older reports, preventing the Auditor from encountering a cluttered view.

In the Generated Reports tab, next to Completed Reports, we can see that the archive button is colored in dark gray (marked by an arrow below), we can click on it and the Report will move to the Archived Reports tab.

The other Reports in the image are not Complete, therefore they cannot be archived.

in the Generated Reports page, only a Complete Report is viable for archiving

NOTICE: Once a Report is archived, there is no reversal; it cannot be restored. Therefore, ensure your certainty in archiving a Completed Report before proceeding.

In the "Archived Reports" tab, you access a list displaying archived reports, presenting essential information such as the report's name, auditor, status, generation date, and associated framework.

By clicking on a Report we can open it, like you would open a Report in the Generated Reports tab.

A delete button is available to remove a report from the list. (circled below)
