Using Templates
Using a Template
Click on the left sidebar button (marked with an arrow below), and select the KYC Management tab (circled below).

Here, Select the Templates tab (marked with an arrow below).

These are Regulait's default Templates for creating and importing Clients.
Using these Templates, we can easily add new Clients to our Client lists, and those will be automatically screened and matched with potential profiles.
We can see that the default Templates are for Individual and Corporate Clients, and for Crypto Wallets, but we can add and customize as many Templates as we need.
We'll start by clicking on 'Create Client' (marked with an arrow below).

Here we can see the Client filling form (that can also be sent to a Client to fill themselves)
Marked with an arrow below, is the Create Another Client checkbox, checking it allows for a continuous process of adding new Clients one by another.

After filling all mandatory fields, we can proceed by clicking on 'Create Client' (marked with an arrow below), and our new Client will be screened and added to our Individual Clients tab.

More About Templates
By clicking on a Template's name (marked with an arrow below), we enter the Template itself.

Inside the Template, we can view its fields, sorted by mandatory fields (checked in Required), and non mandatory fields.
We have several available options.
Marked with an arrow below, is the Screening Settings tab.
Circled below, are the Edit Template and Preview buttons.
We'll start with the Preview button.

The Preview window allows us to see how the form would look to the one filling it, be it one of our Organization's staff members, or Clients that received the form to fill by themselves.

On the Screening Settings tab, we can view the timeframe the Screening process repeats according to.
We can also see the Matching Ratio setting.
In the example below, a Matching Ratio of 0.3 is set.
This means that any match above 0.3 will appear in the Matches list.
It requires careful verification to ensure the individual is not concealing their true client identity or, if it is the client, that it is safe to add them.
