Templates and Template Gallery
Regulaitβs templates, a unique, comfortable, and time-saving feature that provides you with a template from Regulaitβs rich library of evidence templates covering various areas of business.
There are two ways to reach a point where you can utilize templates:
Through VICA's Task Management tab
Through the Create a New Document tab
Creating a Template Through VICA's Task Management tab
Using VICA's task management tab, while reviewing the available options for an evidence within the task management list of required evidences, you will often encounter the "use a template" option. (marked with an arrow below)

Upon selecting 'create a template,' a window will appear, presenting several customization options for the template:
Name
File location

By default, the file is named after the evidence itself. However, you have the flexibility to alter it according to your preference.
The file's location will determine the destination within the All Documents tab where the file is saved. You have the option to save your files within folders to maintain organization.
