OTS (One-Time Screening)
Regulait's One-Time Screening option, allows us to screen and find Matches of a Client or Wallet without adding them to our Client lists.
Click on the OTS button (marked with an arrow below) on the Templates tab.
Now we need to fill the required information, and select the Matching Ratio.
After filling our potential Client's information, and selecting a Ratio, we'll click on Start Screening (marked with an arrow below).
The system screens and gives us a Matches list, we can view individual Match reports, and the person or company is not added as a Client.
This feature allows for research on a potential Clients without formally adding them to our Organization.
