Manage Employees

This guide can help you navigate and control your organization's HR Management efficiently.

Adding New Employees

First, click the left sidebar button (circled below) and select the HR Management tab (marked by an arrow below).

This is the Employees page, we'll start by clicking the 'Add New Employee' button (marked with an arrow below).

Here we fill in an Employee's information, education, job description, and more.

Scroll down to view all fill boxes, notice that every fill box with a red asterisk in it is mandatory, while the rest are optional.

Completing all relevant information fields will give us a better understanding of our employees and our organization as a whole.

This will make it easier to navigate through a large number of employees.

After filling all mandatory boxes, select 'Save Information' (marked with an arrow below) to save the employee to the organization.

Edit Employee Information

Now, back in the Employees tab, we see the 'Total Employees' list.

Click on an employee to get to his employee page.

Here's John Johnson's employee page, where we can perform various actions related it him.

On the General and Job Info tabs, we can view John's information and details.

Marked with an arrow below is the Edit button, allowing us to edit John's information.

In the Documents tab, we can see an employee's document history.

This includes documents the employee was assigned to review, approve or sign in the past.

We see each document's last modified date, and can download and open it.

Circled below is the Overview button, clicking it shows an employee's job title and department, employment type, and contact details.

Marked with an arrow is the Delete Employee button, removing an employee from our organization completely.

Important: When an employee leaves the organization for any reason, please update their employment type to 'Unemployed' instead of deleting them.

This practice helps us maintain a record of past hires and aligns with certain framework requirements.

Searching the Employee List

To search through the employee list, we can either use the search bar, searching by an employee's name, or use the different filters available.

In the image below, the default filter categories are marked.

To add more filter categories to your options, select the 'Add Filters' button (marked with an arrow below), and select the desired filter categories.

Marked with an arrow below is the 'more options' button next to every employee on the list.

using it we can either delete an employee completely or view it in our Organization Tree.
