Employees Issues
Employees Issues tab allows to view, control, and resolve employee's HR issues.
These can be submitted anonymously, or linked to a specific employee.
HR Issues can vary from harassment and work-space conflicts to theft and fraud complaints.
To learn about submitting Employee Issues - click here.
To open the HR Issues page, select the Employees Issues tab (marked with an arrow below).

In this tab, we can view all issues created by employees, each with its ID, Type, Offender, Date created, Reporter, Status, and Resolvent Status.
We see one Issue reported, we'll click it to open the Issue's information page.

Notice that you can either search through Issues by using the search bar, or use the different filter options (marked with a rectangle below).

In the Issue information page, we can see the Type, Offender's name, and a description of 'What Happened?'.
Notice that the reporter's name is not visible as they chose to stay anonymous.

We can change the Issue's status to 'In Progress' or 'Resolved'.
By marking it as 'In Progress' we convey to the reporter that the Issue has been noticed by us, and we're looking into it.

When we select the 'Resolved' status option, a resolution window opens up (see below).

Here, in the resolution window, we must provide the resolution details in order to continue.

After filling in the mandatory resolution description, we can save it using the 'Save' button (marked with an arrow below).

Back in the Employees Issues tab, the Issue's status is now 'Resolved', this can be seen by both us and the Reporter in his employee portal.

When we select the resolved issue from the list, we'll notice that the resolution details, including the date and description, have been added.
