Perform Assignments

To access the employee Training module, on the employee Portal, select the Trainings tab on the left sidebar (marked with an arrow below).

Inside the Training tab, we can view all trainings and exams assigned to us, with basic information displayed next to each (such as the requestor's name, exam name, and due date).

The status tells us if the training\exam Assigned (awaiting completion), completed, or failed.

In the image below we see one assigned training+exam, let's click on it to enter the training.

Below we see the training and exam progress, the training is in a To Do status, with 0\1 sections completed, while the exam (which consists of one question and 32 minutes to complete it) is in 'Waiting' status until we complete the training prior to it.

To begin the training' we'll click on the Start Training button (marked with an arrow below).

In this example training, for this example's simplicity, we have only one section with one page to go through.

After finishing reading and learning the training's content, we'll click on the 'Done' button (marked with an arrow below) to complete the training.

Back on the assignment page, the Start Training button is gone, and (circled below) now we have the choice of either view the training again, or start the exam.

We'll click on the Start Exam button.

Below is the exam, on the bottom left corner we see pregress made in the exam, and a countdown timer, based on the maximum minute amount assigned to this exam.

On the upper right corner (marked with an arrow below) are the Skip and Save buttons.

As we have answered no questions yet, we can only skip the question we're on, we can always go back to it later.

After selecting an answer, we'll save the answer using the Save button, and move on to the next question.

Since this example exam consists of only one question, a Finish exam window pops up, offering us to finish the exam.

If we choose not to, we can review and change our answers until the exam timer runs out, which automatically completes the exam, with whatever answers we last marked.

As this exam was a multiple choice exam only, we get our result on the spot.

In the example below we have failed the exam, now we'll go back to the assignment page.

Back on the assignment page, we can view our assignment progress.

The training was properly completed, and the exam's status is Failed (marked with an arrow below).

Our manager can see this exam's status, and can send it back to us to attempt another try.

In the image below is the results window of a Passed exam.

Back on the Portal's Training tab, we see one failed assignment, and one passed assignment.

We can always enter the assignments to view our progress, and see where we have failed, and where did we succeed.
