Performing Required Actions
Managers can delegate Framework tasks to Collaborators with access to the Portal.
These tasks are waiting for us, as Collaborators, to upload relevant files, and those files (if approved by the manager) will be automatically uploaded as Evidence.

To get to our Delegated Tasks, on the left side-bar, select the Required Actions tab (marked with an arrow below)

This is the Required Actions list, below we see two tasks delegated to us, that were already approved by a manager.

Performing a Required Action task
Here is the same page, after a new task was delegated to us.
Marked with an arrow below is the new task's Status (Created), this task requires our action.

By clicking on a task, we can view its details (Requestor, Comments, task Type), let's click on the Perform button (marked with an arrow below)

Now we have two available options, to add a relevant file(s), and to add a comment or explanation.

Viewing a Task's Details
After performing a task, its Status will appear as 'Performed', this means it is waiting to be Approved or Declined by a Manager.

By clicking on an Approved or a Declined task, we can view its details, Approval time, and which of our uploaded files were chosen to serve as Evidence.
